Obtain the Abstract of Judgment (Form EJ-001): Complete this form, available on the California Courts website .

Follow the platform’s instructions to submit your Abstract of Judgment electronically.
eRecord the Abstract:
After eFiling, the court will process your submission.
A certified copy of the Abstract will be returned to you.
Record this certified copy with the San Francisco County Recorder’s Office to create a lien on the debtor’s property.
